“We were referred to Sarah by a friend who had used her to find her dream home. We had another agent appraise our house VERY low. When Sarah came and told us how much it would go for, I was happy & my husband was hesitant… We have heard this before. This is our 5th house sale and we have had some bad experiences in the past. Sarah is fun & friendly, and has the tools to get the house ready in lightening speed and makes it look like a million bucks!!! It would’ve taken us about 2 months to get the house ready to sell, it took her and her team less than a week!
